🍌 3/4 cup of Oat milk

🍌 Water (depending on the desired consistency)

🍌 1 Scoop of collagen

🍌 1 Scoop of vanilla protein powder

🍌 1 Tsp of Go Tu

🍌 1 banana

🍌 Big handful of spinach


How To:

Place all ingredients into blender and blender until desired consistency is reached and enjoy!
