We're kicking off our summer recipe series with this dreamy beauty ā a Lavender Chai Latte with Cold Foam that'll transport you straight to the lavender fields of Provence. š
It's simple, stunning, and made with just a few ingredients. The star? Our Masala Chai Latte (30-Servings) ā rich, warming, and perfectly balanced with floral lavender cold foam piled high over ice.
What You'll Need
For the Chai
- 2 scoops Kola Goodies Masala Chai Latte
- Hot water
For the Lavender Cold Foam
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons milk
- ½ tablespoon vanilla syrup
- 1 tablespoon lavender syrup
- 1 teaspoon purple powder
How to Make It
- Brew the chai: Add hot water to 2 scoops of Masala Chai Latte and let it steep for 3ā5 minutes.
- Make the cold foam: Combine heavy cream, milk, vanilla syrup, lavender syrup, and purple powder. Froth until thick and foamy.
- Assemble: Pour the chai over a glass of ice, then spoon or pour the lavender cold foam on top.
That's it ā three steps to your new favorite summer drink. āļø
Tips & Notes
- Let your chai cool slightly before pouring over ice so it doesn't melt everything too fast.
- Purple powder (like butterfly pea flower powder) gives the foam its gorgeous violet hue ā totally optional but highly recommended for the 'gram.
- Adjust lavender syrup to taste ā a little goes a long way!
