Lavender Chai Latte with Cold Foam (Summer Recipe Series)

lavender cold foam masala chai

We're kicking off our summer recipe series with this dreamy beauty — a Lavender Chai Latte with Cold Foam that'll transport you straight to the lavender fields of Provence. šŸ’œ

It's simple, stunning, and made with just a few ingredients. The star? Our Masala Chai Latte (30-Servings) — rich, warming, and perfectly balanced with floral lavender cold foam piled high over ice.

What You'll Need

For the Chai

For the Lavender Cold Foam

  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • ½ tablespoon vanilla syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lavender syrup
  • 1 teaspoon purple powder

How to Make It

  1. Brew the chai: Add hot water to 2 scoops of Masala Chai Latte and let it steep for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Make the cold foam: Combine heavy cream, milk, vanilla syrup, lavender syrup, and purple powder. Froth until thick and foamy.
  3. Assemble: Pour the chai over a glass of ice, then spoon or pour the lavender cold foam on top.

That's it — three steps to your new favorite summer drink. ā˜€ļø

Tips & Notes

  • Let your chai cool slightly before pouring over ice so it doesn't melt everything too fast.
  • Purple powder (like butterfly pea flower powder) gives the foam its gorgeous violet hue — totally optional but highly recommended for the 'gram.
  • Adjust lavender syrup to taste — a little goes a long way!
